Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment within the facility. This includes supervising and coordinating all Health & Safety matters, preparing and maintaining safety checklists, and arranging for proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for workers.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily rounds to identify potential hazards and abnormalities.
  • Maintain discipline and harmony among workers in coordination with supervisors and managers.
  • Report any instances of indiscipline or dishonest conduct to management.
  • Assist in conducting periodic Health & Safety training and safety awareness sessions for staff.
  • Inspect and maintain safety equipment and tools, and keep records of their periodic checks and repairs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Mid-level work experience.
  • NEBOSH/IOSH trained.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good MS Office skills.
