Phlebotomist Opportunity

Onteime Group is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist with a valid DHA license and UAE healthcare experience to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform venipunctures and other blood collection procedures accurately and safely.
  • Prepare and label specimens for laboratory testing, adhering to established protocols.
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, addressing concerns and providing reassurance.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of sample collections and laboratory requests.
  • Contribute to the training of new staff and quality assurance processes.
  • Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure efficient specimen processing.

Requirements

  • Valid DHA license as a Phlebotomist.
  • UAE healthcare experience as a Phlebotomist.
  • Strong knowledge of venipuncture techniques and blood collection procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • BLS certification preferred.
