Key Responsibilities- Contract Administration: Conduct meetings with stakeholders to discuss customer requirements and interpret RFQ/RFP/RFI documents to gather technical requirements. Provide high-level risk assessments associated with pre-contract award administration.
- Tender Evaluation and Negotiation: Participate in the Tender/Bids Opening, Evaluation, and Negotiation Committee to provide contract life-cycle management support for projects undertaken by the organization.
- Contract Risk Management: Analyze the final scope of services, identify contract administration risks, and manage the implementation of risk mitigation measures specific to technical and commercial aspects.
- Contract Negotiation: Finalize technical and commercial terms and conditions for customer and supplier contracts/agreements in coordination with Program/Project Managers and Finance Department.
- Contract Management: Participate in meetings with customers and suppliers to negotiate technical and commercial contracts with concerned Program/Project Managers, Senior Legal Counsel, and Finance Department.
- Contract Documentation: Ensure effective management of all relevant contract-related correspondences and documentations as per the quality management and information security policy.
