About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Regional Key Account Manager to lead and develop our key accounts in the region. As a Regional Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving maximum sales potential, growing share of market, share of space and share of voice while increasing profitability within assigned accounts by meeting or exceeding assigned goals.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and maintaining strategic business relationships with key accounts to promote brand awareness and maximise sales.
- Develop and implement sales and promotional plans to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of account strategies.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, conveying client feedback and requirements effectively.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, KPI's and business goals.
Requirements:
- 4 + years of experience on a Sales Management or e-commerce role in beauty industry with exposure to Key accounts.
- Relevant qualifications in sales & marketing or a related discipline highly regarded.
- Management and people development skills.
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office including Excel & Power point skills at an intermediate to high level.
