About the Role

The Merchandise Designer will be responsible for designing and elevating bespoke merchandise for Elevon Core retail portfolio. We are dedicated to delivering unique and memorable merchandise that reflects the essence of each attraction whilst enhancing guest experiences.

A core role within the retail department where you will be responsible for creating best-in-class products and retail experiences for all our guests. The role includes but is not limited to creating initial concepts, mood boards, and detailing concepts through to technical drawings that will be used by our partners to manufacture products.

  • Designing and developing multi-category merchandise that reflects the themes and experiences of the Elevon Core retail portfolio.
  • Creating 2D and preferably 3D visual mock-ups of products and in-shop collateral.
  • Working with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and third-party vendors to ensure cohesive brand messaging and successful product launches.
  • In collaboration with our manufacturing partners, developing prototypes and samples for review, incorporating feedback from stakeholders to refine designs.
  • Identifying and collaborating with suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure high-quality production of merchandise.
  • Creating engaging in-shop visually appealing point of sale to elevate our guests' shopping experience.
  • Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
  • Integrating sustainable practices into the design and production processes where possible, aligning with the Elevon Core commitment to environmental responsibility.
