As a Senior Compliance Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that ADIB remains compliant with all relevant laws and regulations related to sanctions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sanctions policies and procedures.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of company-wide initiatives aimed at enhancing compliance and mitigating risks associated with sanctions non-compliance.

You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on sanctions regulations, payment screening, policy, and procedure. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with changing sanctions regulations and laws.

We are seeking an individual with a strong understanding of UN, EU, UK, and US Economic Sanctions (OFAC) / Export Controls laws, as well as exemplary knowledge and experience of providing subject matter input for sanction policies, systems, and trainings.

Additional responsibilities include developing and delivering training programs to enhance employees' understanding of sanctions regulations and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of sanctions policies and procedures.
