A Document Controller is required to join our team at CSCEC Middle East. This role involves maintaining a document management system, controlling and distributing documents, and ensuring proper filing.

Responsibilities:

  • Controlling the document receiving/issuing process and registering incoming/outgoing letters or documents with external parties.
  • Ensuring that all outgoing documents have proper reference numbers as per control sheets.
  • Maintaining and updating records of documents, including replies and identification of status.
  • Distributing letters and other documents properly.
  • Registering, disseminating, and filing incoming documents systematically.
  • Preparing outgoing documents in the correct format, registering, arranging for delivery, obtaining proof of delivery, disseminating, and filing systematically.
  • Maintaining and updating record controlling & distribution & file management as required.
  • Implementing documentation procedures prescribed in the project Quality plan and Project management System.
  • Supervising the printing, copying, or binding of reports/documents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration or Commerce
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
