The Client of Virtua Advanced Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment services team, you will play a vital role in attracting and selecting top talent for our client.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates.
- Conduct research to identify potential candidates and assess their suitability for the role.
- Source candidates from various channels, including internal databases, referrals, and external job boards.
- Shortlist and assess candidates, ensuring that only the most suitable applicants progress to the next stage of the recruitment process.
- Manage the interview scheduling process, including coordinating with interview panels and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed.
- Provide feedback to candidates and keep them informed throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other stakeholders to source top talent.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure that the recruitment process is operating efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful candidate placement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software.
