Job Overview

This role involves managing technical aspects during project execution, completion, and handover of utility scale solar PV power plants and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage all technical aspects of projects, ensuring proper resources are in place and that projects are constructed and commissioned as per contractual requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage review and approvals of engineering deliverables according to project requirements.
  • Ensure smooth interface with other engineers for agreed requirements and implement them in the project.
  • Support field engineering supervision regarding PV and BESS aspects and manage owner's engineer.
  • Oversee project execution activities including but not limited to engineering planning, owner technical specifications (OTS), design review, stage inspection, monitoring, and tracking progress.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in the power industry, preferably with an EPC contractor, developer, engineering firm, or technical consultant. A Master's degree in Engineering or Renewable Energy is required.
