- Oversee routine administration and maintenance of core IT operating systems and productivity software.
- Install and upgrade computer hardware and software, manage virtual servers, and implement automation processes.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, documenting problems and solutions while prioritizing issues based on their impact.
- Administer and manage Windows-based systems and group policies.
- Provide technical documentation and specifications to IT personnel for planning and executing new or existing IT infrastructure.
- Conduct regular backup operations and establish effective data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
- Manage data centers and server room equipment.
- Oversee enterprise security solutions, including antivirus and backup systems.
- Lead desktop and helpdesk support initiatives, ensuring timely resolution of all desktop applications and workstation issues.
- Perform scheduled audits of systems, including all backup operations.
- Administer Active Directory domain controllers and group policies.
- Manage Microsoft Office 365 configurations.
- Configure and upgrade Windows and MAC devices, managing them centrally through SCCM and similar solutions.
- Configure and upgrade mobile devices (iOS, Android) and manage them centrally through MDM solutions.
- Set up user accounts and workstations.
- Provide end-user support, including password resets and account unlocks.
- Implement group policies for user accounts and workstations.
- Maintain file servers and monitor disaster recovery sites.
- Upgrade systems with new releases, patches, and enhancements.
- Support and resolve software and application-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage, Office 365, SCCM, virtual machines, and necessary web applications.
- Manage backup configurations and maintenance.
- Conduct root cause analysis and document IT-related issues.
- Utilize IT helpdesk solutions effectively for routine operations.
- Monitor system performance and assist site engineers with desktop applications and workstation issues.
