We are seeking a qualified MRICS valuer or on the path to RICS chartership to join our Abu Dhabi office.
Key Responsibilities:- Increase the range and quantity of instructions via business generation to develop the department as a whole.
- Undertake valuations with accuracy and professionalism, understanding and utilizing office technology.
- Refer business leads into other parts of the Middle East and Global business, attending events to promote the department and firm among clients and professional organizations.
- Respond quickly to client inquiries, preparing reports with junior staff support, acquiring knowledge of property markets and legal case law.
- Maintain up-to-date information about the property press and national press, adhering to deadlines for work completion.
- Maintain tidy file records, including computer files, understanding office records and procedures.
- Understand Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Continuing Professional Development principles, adhering to Knight Frank best practices and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or a RICS accredited degree, 0-5 years' relevant residential valuation experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal communication and numerical skills, team player with relationship-building abilities.
- Clear thinking and well-developed report writing skills, attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Commitment to investigate thoroughly for accurate valuations, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintenance of confidentiality and handling of sensitive information, flexible schedule for successful project delivery.
- Understanding of regional business culture and regulations, familiarity with computers and information technology.
