Postdoctoral Researcher - Radionuclide Studies
Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team at Khalifa University.
The successful candidate will conduct research on measuring radionuclides and their transfer in the UAE's arid environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality experimental research on measuring radionuclides and their transfer in the UAE's arid environment.
- Manage and utilize equipment and facilities in compliance with university regulations.
- Develop and optimize experimental protocols for radioecology experiments.
- Investigate radioisotope uptake mechanisms for local plants and seasonal vegetable plants.
Requirements
- PhD from a reputable university in Physics, Chemistry, Nuclear, or a related discipline.
- Experience writing scientific papers: High-impact, first-author publications in the relevant field.
- Excellent English language communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
