We are seeking a highly experienced Risk Management Director to lead and implement HSE strategies across large-scale onshore oil and gas projects.

About the Role
  • This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HSE engineering to develop and implement HSE plans, policies, and procedures.

HSE Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HSE plans, policies, and procedures in compliance with ADNOC standards and international regulations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to ensure all engineering activities are conducted safely and environmentally responsibly.
  • Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and hazard and operability studies during the engineering phase.
  • Monitor and report HSE performance metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate and address HSE-related concerns from regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a deep understanding of risk management principles and a proven track record of leading HSE initiatives.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in HSE engineering with a focus on onshore oil and gas projects during the engineering phase.
  • ADNOC approval as a Lead HSE Engineer is mandatory.
