The Amentum RPA Avionics Technician I position requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to support deployments to various locations. The successful candidate will be part of the Deployment Pool and must be flexible in supporting assigned deployment schedules.

This role involves performing and inspecting organizational and intermediate level electronic maintenance and modifications on RPA systems and support equipment. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of electronics principles, including circuit analysis and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Applies technical knowledge to solve complex problems affecting operational and maintenance capabilities.
  • Maintains, repairs, and installs various types of electronic equipment and related devices.
  • Uses common and complex test instruments to perform assigned duties.
  • Works with limited supervision to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or relevant military/vocational technical school curriculum.
  • Minimum one year of actual Aircraft Avionics and/or GCS maintenance experience.
  • Basic knowledge of electronics maintenance and repair.
  • Familiarity with RFF systems, components, and accessories.
  • Eligibility to obtain IAT Level II certifications.
