As a Recruitment Officer at the Client of Talentmate, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

This includes developing effective hiring strategies, sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates to meet organizational needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and employment laws, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  2. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
  3. Build relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs.
  4. Utilize various sourcing channels to find potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  5. Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  6. Maintain a database of candidates and track key recruitment metrics.
  7. Coordinate pre-employment processes, such as background checks and reference verification.
  8. Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of three years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  3. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and employment laws.
  4. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  7. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  8. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  9. Previous experience recruiting across multiple industries is an asset.
