Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our Gulf Platform Business Unit. As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing design solutions for water and wastewater treatment plants. Your expertise will be essential in creating complete solutions for water treatment, innovating in key areas such as sustainable development, resource, and product recovery.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design Development: Under the supervision of the Process Expert and/or Engineering Project Manager, you will develop design solutions for water and wastewater treatment plants in accordance with project specifications, applicable codes, and standards.
  2. Process Calculations: You will participate in the completion of basic process design, process calculations, and finalize process schemes and equipment for both projects and tenders.
  3. Design Documentation: You will prepare detailed design calculations, process descriptions, process flow diagrams, P&IDs, layouts, line lists, valve schedules, and participate in detailed mechanical drawings reviews.
  4. Equipment Selection: You will participate in the final selection of equipment and communicate with other engineering disciplines involved in the project.
  5. Technical Reviews: You will participate in technical reviews meetings such as Design Review, HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, ATEX, and Hazardous Area Classification.
Requirements

Education: A Chemical or Environmental Engineer degree is required.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position is required. You should be able to design independently with minor instructions from your manager.
