We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer with expertise in coating and welding. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work hands-on with a variety of rotating and stationary equipment, contributing significantly to our company's operations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide expert technical support in coating and welding, including testing and issuing related technical reports.
  2. Offer technical consultations to our maintenance teams and contractors.
  3. Support field installation, maintenance, and repair of rotating equipment.
  4. Troubleshoot, repair, and modify existing equipment, focusing on cost reductions and process improvements.
  5. Prepare design engineering packages for rotating equipment.
  6. Conduct technical investigations for maintenance and repair jobs, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
  7. Introduce and apply the latest technology in coating and welding methodologies.
  8. Develop and revise our technical procedures and standards.
  9. Mentor and share knowledge with junior engineers, quality inspectors, and technicians.
  10. Provide technical input for purchasing specifications and evaluate technical proposals.
  11. Collaborate with our engineering teams, quality assurance units, and vendors for maintenance and repair work scopes.
  12. Participate in technical meetings and exchange information with our partners and suppliers.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Welding Engineering or a related field.
  2. At least 15 years of hands-on experience in thermal coating and welding.
  3. Proven experience in thermal coating, laser cladding, and welding.
  4. Experience with rotating equipment in an original equipment manufacturing facility or a certified repairing facility.
  5. Welding certification from a recognized organization.
  6. Excellent English reading and writing skills.
