About the Client
The client is a distinguished executive based in a prominent location.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide instruction to the client, with occasional lessons for other family members.

You will collaborate with a team dedicated to supporting the client.

Project Overview

  • We are seeking one French Teacher who is prepared to commence work promptly.
  • Prior experience with VIP or private clients is essential.
  • You should be adept at customizing your teaching approach to meet individual needs, with fluency in both French and English.
  • Ideally, you will be a native French speaker, able to share insights about French culture and lifestyle.
  • We are looking for someone accustomed to high standards and capable of meeting demanding expectations.

This is a permanent role with a three-month probationary period.

You will report directly to the client and tailor your lessons to align with their language learning objectives. The client has previous experience with private French lessons and possesses a foundational knowledge of the language.

The family seeks an Experienced and Dependable French Teacher to assist them.

Applicants must have substantial experience as a French Teacher in both formal educational settings and private environments, particularly with VIP clients. Candidates lacking this dual experience will not be considered.

Your role will involve teaching and explaining the French language to the client, who has a keen interest in French culture.

You will also be responsible for developing lesson plans tailored to the varying proficiency levels of family members, with a focus on the client as your primary student.

Additionally, you should inspire the client to engage with the French language, delivering comprehensive lessons in a private setting. Experience in private households is crucial, as it requires flexibility and an engaging teaching style.

The family environment is not akin to a traditional classroom; rather, it is a relaxed and enjoyable learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing French language teaching strategies.
  • Adapting lessons to the individual levels of family members, particularly the client.
  • Providing explanations in French to facilitate learning.
  • Creating teaching materials and resources.
  • Conducting administrative tasks as necessary.
  • Offering additional support to family members who may struggle.
  • Preparing assessments and exercises.
  • Ensuring accurate pronunciation of French words.
  • Conducting engaging sessions for the client and family.
  • Communicating in French with the client and family.
  • Customizing lessons based on the educational curriculum to meet the needs of the client.
  • Gathering feedback from the client and family.
  • Organizing enjoyable activities to enhance language learning.
  • Maintaining records for future reference.
  • Researching various teaching methodologies and remaining adaptable to the client's needs.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in French Language, French Literature, or a related field.
  • Prior experience as a French Teacher or in a similar educational role.
  • Experience with VIP or private clients is mandatory.
  • Significant experience in both institutional and private settings, particularly with VIPs.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in French, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with an understanding of the unique dynamics of private household education.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable and hardworking with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with the family.
  • Native-level proficiency in French and advanced proficiency in English.
  • Clean criminal record and a trustworthy character.

Compensation: EUR 4000 - EUR 6000, depending on qualifications.
