  • Analyze data and market trends to inform compensation and benefits decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a strong background in consulting and real estate.
  • Proven track record in implementing C&B initiatives, with a focus on driving business results.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with expertise in MS Excel and data analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of C&B best practices, with a focus on innovation and excellence.
  • Good conflict resolution skills, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, or human resources.
