About the Role

We are seeking an Appointed Person for Lifting Equipment to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of lifting operations across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise lifting operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Select and inspect lifting equipment to ensure it is fit for purpose and properly maintained.
  • Develop and implement lift plans that minimize risk and maximize efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of lifting operations and equipment inspections.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of lifting operations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in oil & gas offshore and onshore lifting related positions.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and implementing safety protocols.
  • Familiarity with international standards related to lifting engineering practices.
