About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communication plans that align with our overall marketing strategy.

Your primary focus will be on developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and ultimately drive business results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and deliverables meet or exceed expectations.

  1. Main Responsibilities:
  2. Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans that align with the hotel's overall marketing strategy.
  3. Measure, interpret, prioritize, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities through ROI analysis and make necessary adjustments to achieve/exceed objectives.
  4. Establish and maintain active contacts with key media and press representatives.
  5. Monitor current attitudes and public statements concerning the hotel in foreign and local media outlets.
  6. Create and maintain an integrated marketing program that supports the hotel's positioning, promotional programs, corporate image building, and other activities.
  7. Evaluate the impact of marketing efforts on business outcomes and adjust strategies accordingly.
  8. Ensure targeted publicity and coverage of the hotel's initiatives.
  9. Assess advertising needs and opportunities for the hotel and obtain approval from senior management.
  10. Ensure all advertising meets high standards while assessing market trends and competitor activity.
  11. Recommend and develop proposals for below-the-line sales promotions with external partners.
