Job Description
Medbiomate seeks a skilled Laboratory Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee the comprehensive quality assurance and improvement framework for our Clinical Laboratory. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to regulatory standards, accrediting agencies' guidelines, and optimal patient service quality.

Responsibilities
  • Implement an effective system for managing laboratory testing services, including Point of Care Testing (POCT), throughout the Clinical Laboratory.
  • Provide technical expertise to ensure that all testing decision-making is done with the appropriate quality control material and procedures in place.
  • Develop strategies to meet College of American Pathologists (CAP) and Joint Commission International Accreditation (JCIA) documentation requirements.
  • Assist in the selection and implementation of statistical quality control procedures.
  • Train staff on quality protocols and manual/computer applications for analytical method evaluation, statistical quality control validation, and process control.
  • Participate in meetings that review quality activities and update quality planning.
