Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including completed repairs, equipment status, and inspections.

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in a relevant field (e.g., HVAC, electrical systems, or mechanical repair) is essential. An associate or bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is highly desirable.
Experience:
- Proven experience in maintenance or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong background in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems.
Technical Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Proficiency with maintenance management systems (CMMS) is an asset.
