  • Perform diagnostic procedures using advanced sonographic equipment to obtain high-quality images.
  • Gather and record patient history, including medical conditions and previous treatments.
  • Maneuver patients into optimal positions for the examination.
  • Examine various areas of the body, including the abdomen, breasts, female reproductive system, prostate, heart, and blood vessels.
  • Record anatomical, pathological, and physiological data for interpretation by a physician.
  • Conduct clinical assessments during the examination to ensure accuracy.
  • Adapt procedures as needed based on anatomical, pathological, diagnostic information, and images.
  • Use ultrasound machines to detect and determine injuries within the body.
  • Identify normal and abnormal findings and communicate them to the physician.
  • Analyze sonograms and present findings to the physician in a clear and concise manner.
  • Prepare preliminary reports and address patient inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide quality care to patients.
