Gulftainer Company Limited is seeking a highly skilled Crane Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our cranes and associated equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent mechanical failures and ensure the continued safe operation of our cranes.
  • Equipment Repair: Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical issues with cranes and associated equipment, working closely with manufacturers and field representatives as needed.
  • Engineering Support: Provide technical expertise and recommendations to our operations team on crane installation, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Equipment Servicing: Perform routine servicing and maintenance tasks on port ship-to-shore cranes, rubber-tyred gantry cranes, and rail-mounted gantry cranes.
  • Testing and Analysis: Conduct thorough testing and analysis of mechanical components to evaluate performance and determine the need for adjustments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in crane maintenance and repair.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
