  1. Analyze and document business requirements related to financial accounting and management accounting processes.
  2. Design and configure the SAP FICO module to meet identified business requirements, including General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, and Integration with other SAP modules.
  3. Customize and develop SAP FICO solutions using ABAP programming and enhancements to address gaps between standard SAP functionality and specific business needs.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow across modules.
  5. Conduct thorough testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure correct configuration and functionality of the SAP FICO module.
  6. Develop and execute training plans to train end-users on configured SAP FICO processes and functionalities.
  7. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, industry regulations, and internal control requirements.
  8. Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and maintenance as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in implementing and configuring the SAP FICO module.
  3. Thorough understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and management accounting concepts.
  4. Strong functional knowledge of SAP FICO and its integration with other SAP modules.
  5. Experience in customizing and developing SAP FICO solutions using ABAP programming and enhancements.
