Robert Walters is seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our compliance and risk management team, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating financial crime risks for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis: Gather, organize, and analyze data from authorized firms and industry to identify emerging risk trends.
  • Professional Discussions: Conduct professional discussions with management of firms to gather and corroborate information.
  • Risk Identification: Identify financial crime risks of authorized firms and ensure they comply with supervision service standards, processes, and procedures.
  • Compliance: Check compliance with DIFC and DFSALaws, Rules, and Regulatory Policy.
  • Reporting: Perform desk-based reviews and on-site examinations; write clear and concise memorandums and reports.
  • Guidelines Development: Assist with developing supervisory guidelines in relation to financial crime risk.
  • System Updates: Update the Regulatory Information System and other management information tools.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a sound knowledge of the Business Intelligence tool and the ability to extract ad-hoc reports.
