Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate Team Leader to join our Inventory Management team at AL TAYER GROUP LLC. As an Associate Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management processes, including physical receiving, updating shipment trackers, and managing inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Inventory Management: Receive and inspect inbound shipments, update manual shipment trackers, and ensure accurate inventory levels.
  2. GRN Submission: Submit Goods Received Notes (GRNs) in our Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system and resolve any issues related to rejected handles.
  3. Damage and Quarantine Reporting: Report damage and quarantine issues in our ECM tool and ensure timely resolution.
  4. Warehouse Operations: Collaborate with the warehouse inventory team to resolve day-to-day picking and packing operations issues.
  5. GWP Tracking: Manage manual inventory levels using Excel trackers and ensure accurate GWP tracking.
  6. Brand Packaging Management: Manage brand packaging through manual trackers for high-end fashion brands, jewelry, and watches.
  7. Customer Order Fulfillment: Assist Personal Shoppers in fulfilling VIP customer orders by reserving stocks on request.
  8. BOL Creation and Communication: Assist in creating Bills of Lading (BOLs) and communicating with Brick and Mortar teams.
  9. Customer Order Returns: Track and process customer order returns in a timely manner.
  10. RTV Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for Return to Vendor (RTV) collection.
  11. Order Validation: Validate customer orders with correct Air Waybills (AWBs).
Requirements
  • Education: High School or Intermediate degree.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Skills: Good knowledge of warehouse and last-mile operations, basic MS Office skills, and written communication skills.
