Buying and Merchandising Manager

We are seeking an experienced Fashion Buying Specialist to join our team. This is a mid-senior level full-time position responsible for managing our seasonal assortment plans, negotiating logistics, and ensuring conformity of catalog management and assortment planning.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion buying, with experience in providing insights for store purchase decisions, driving the buying cycle, and supporting inventory management.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement seasonal optimal assortment plans
- Negotiate logistics and deliveries
- Ensure conformity of catalog management and assortment planning
- Support inventory management
- Regularly visit stores to ensure assortment is respected
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar buying or planning role within the apparel industry
- Third-party experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant field
- Highest proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent analytical and retail math skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
