Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at PrecisionHire Solutions. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to our senior leadership team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Provide a high level of customer service to visitors, clients, and colleagues.
    • Manage the front desk, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
    • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, including agendas, minutes, and supporting documents.
  • Campus Operations
    • Support the delivery of operational processes and systems to ensure the smooth running of the campus.
    • Coordinate events, including conferences, workshops, and meetings.
    • Manage budgets, including processing payments and tracking expenses.
    • Procure goods and services through the university system.
  • Executive Support
    • Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including diary management, meeting planning, and travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, including agendas, minutes, and supporting documents.
    • Coordinate the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
  • Governance
    • Support the development and implementation of operational processes and systems.
    • Coordinate the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
    • Provide administrative support to committees and working groups.
  • People and Culture
    • Coordinate recruitment processes, including advertising, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.
    • Prepare and distribute induction materials, including welcome packs and training schedules.
    • Provide administrative support to HR and other departments as required.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
    • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a higher education or corporate environment.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
