Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ASME Authorized Inspector Supervisor to join our UAE - VMC team. This field-based position is an integral part of our commitment to quality and service for our customers and their pressure equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and witness activities to recognized international codes, standards, and regulations such as ASME Code, Pressure Equipment Directive (PED), and Canadian Standards.
  • Provide inspections to client specifications and perform engineering services to companies throughout the designated area.
  • Collaborate with DNV clients and customers in a professional manner with high integrity.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Engineering or Engineering degree.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience on high-pressure boilers and pressure equipment.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • ASME & NBIC Code Knowledge.
  • Experience with boilers and pressure vessels, Pressure piping, PED / CE marking jobs.
  • Risk Survey experience.
  • National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors Commission.
  • ASME Inspector supervisor with AI, IS commission and B and R endorsement qualifications.
  • DNV offshore standards knowledge and experience in Offshore container certification.
  • UAE driving license.
