About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager, Document Control to join our team at Budge Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all documents are properly managed and maintained.

In this role, you will work closely with the Administration Head to establish document control standards, ensure the completeness and correctness of all documents, and distribute documents to concerned parties when necessary.

You will also be responsible for managing the review of documents received for archiving, overseeing the upload and archiving of relevant documents, and ensuring the adequacy of the IMS IT systems and their fit with the company's ERP platforms.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have substantial experience in real estate document control, as well as strong computer skills, communication and interpersonal skills, and excellent organization skills.

Responsibilities
  • Establishing and maintaining document control standards.
  • Ensuring the completeness and correctness of all documents.
  • Distributing documents to concerned parties.
  • Managing the review of documents received for archiving.

  • Ensuring the adequacy of the IMS IT systems.
Requirements
  • 8 – 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a Document Control role in a managerial function.
  • Substantial experience in real estate document control.
Skills
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Great understanding of policies, procedures & work methods.
  • Demonstrated skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organization skills.
