Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Merchandiser to join our team at Al Jabri Plastic. As a Junior Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our sales database, ensuring accurate invoicing and order tracking, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our sales database, including daily sales tracking in Google Sheets and Hubspot.
  • Invoice Preparation: Prepare and ensure all invoices in Excel are accurate and compliant with our sales margins.
  • Order Tracking: Follow up with brands for order completion and packing details, and coordinate with logistics to arrange shipments.
  • Customer Service: Follow up with customers for POs and payments, and provide timely updates on order status.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform other tasks as assigned by colleagues, including uploading sales data to marketplaces and updating Excel order sheets.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Good knowledge of MS Excel and experience with ERP systems (SAP).
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in retail, preferably in the fashion industry.
