Job Summary:
">We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to oversee the delivery and performance of our programs and services.
This role requires strong customer relationship skills, project management experience, and the ability to lead teams effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, building strong relationships with customers, and driving business growth.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage design installation and development processes from program inception to product delivery
- Prepare and analyze data to understand program progress and financial contributions
- Understand programs' cost justification, recommend priorities and generate schedules
- Drive project schedule and adjust execution strategies for on-time delivery
- Daily management of programs and proactively identify areas of opportunities and risks
- Represent the company in customer meetings and provide management with insights
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 10+ years of experience in a program or project management role
- 5+ years of experience managing and delivering complex programs within the aerospace industry
- 5+ years of experience in a Senior (or above) program management role with demonstrated ability to influence technical direction and contribute to strategic decision-making
- Experience with the delivery and management of products and services
- Experience with fostering strong relationships with external customers
- Experience with project management scheduling and delivery
- Experience working with cross-functional groups
