We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Electrical Engineer to lead our utilities design team. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of designing power distribution systems, including generators, transformers, circuit breakers, and electrical panels.
Responsibilities:- Lead the design from data collection to detailed master plan stage, ensuring that all requirements are met and design gaps are identified.
- Prepare concept master plan stage to detailed master plan in terms of utility corridor space proofing, ROW coordination with wet roads transportation landscape building teams.
- Full understanding of dry and wet utilities and infrastructure projects from concept to IFC stage.
- Strong infrastructure engineering background with previous experience on infrastructure projects.
- Thorough experience in power system such as grid stations primary substation requirements allocating HV corridor understanding of 132220400 KV overhead and underground lines relocation protection requirements of dry utilities including power telecom lighting.
- Designreview of Street Lighting for all type of roads ROW Lighting Calculations SLDs Load schedules landscape lighting branch wiring etc.
- In-depth understanding of design and modelling works for wet utilities including potable water supply firefighting wastewater irrigation infrastructure projects.
- Review technical deliverables as per local authority town planning department requirements for each dry services.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 15 years of experience in utilities sector covering both wet and dry utilities minimum 10 years in design.
- A Bachelor's Degree in relevant engineering preferably Master's degree in relevant discipline.
- Chartered Professional C.Eng. and holding professional license/certification from international recognised bodies.
