Supply Chain Assistant Manager

We Are Recruiting a Highly Experienced Supply Chain Assistant Manager to Enhance Our Operations at We Will Fix It Services L.L.C.

As a Supply Chain Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in reviewing purchase requests, managing stock levels, and developing relationships with suppliers. Additionally, you will assist the Purchasing Manager during their absence.

The ideal candidate will bring 2+ years of supply chain experience in the UAE and expertise in data entry and encoding parts. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous.

You will work collaboratively with technicians, managers, business partners, and suppliers to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchase requests, ensuring timely delivery and quality control
  • Drive strategic initiatives to improve procurement efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Develop and implement an effective inventory management system to optimize stock levels
  • Enhance supplier relationships through regular communication and performance monitoring
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges
  • Monitor and report key supply chain metrics to inform strategic decision-making
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate better terms and prices
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency throughout the supply chain
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience in supply chain management, preferably in the UAE
  • Expertise in data entry and encoding parts
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is beneficial
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement
