Job Description:
Fulfilling the data analysis and reporting needs of all Consumer Banking Groups entities, this role supports business units outside of Consumer Banking including Global Private Banking, Customer Experience, KYC & Onboarding, Finance, Contact Centre, DAAI, Group Compliance, etc. The focus is on ad hoc requirements, deep dive analytics, and special business intelligence projects to drive data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Sourcing & Maintenance: Discovering new data from the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), migrating it into the EDW by establishing and governing data logics from EDW tables.
  • Ad Hocs & Special Projects: Handling and delivering various ad hoc requirements across CBG functions as well as other FAB business units.
  • Regular Reporting: Delivery of reports committed to stakeholders on a daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the banking sector with at least 1 year in similar positions in the Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, or Decision Support functions.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Consumer Banking products and business model.
