Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Specialist to join our team at Rayhaan Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our water systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain and Repair Water Systems: Ensure all automatic flushing valves are operational, and maintain and clean all fat traps within the kitchen areas.
  2. Preventative Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain underground storm sanitary, water piping systems, sinks, tubs, toilets, water heaters, and conditioners.
  3. System Design and Installation: Review building plans and specifications to determine the layout for plumbing and related materials, and identify required tools and special equipment.
  4. Quality Control: Ensure all roof level ventilation vent pipes and roof rainwater outlets are kept clear at all times, and install supports and hangers for pipe, fixtures, and equipment.
  5. Problem-Solving: Identify and rectify faults in our water systems, and maintain a good command of English to effectively communicate with colleagues and management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An apprenticeship as a Plumber and previous experience in the same position.
  • The ability to work under policies and regulations.
  • Good physical condition.
  • A good command of English.
