**Job Title:** Senior Process Engineering Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Engineering Manager to join our team at Wood. As a key member of our Process Engineering department, you will be responsible for leading the design, preparation of specifications, and analysis of process engineering requirements on projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Specification: Engage in the design, preparation of specifications, and analysis of process engineering requirements on projects.
  • Documentation Review: Review and approve key process documentation from EPC Contractors to ensure proposed designs meet the technical requirements of the project.
  • Tender and Proposal Support: Support on tender or proposal, as per client standards, international codes, and project scope of work.
  • Process Engineering Design: Plan and support process engineering design for field process engineering requirements, preparation of basic design, data sheets, specifications, support on design deliverables, FEED, and detailed design of the process part of the project.
  • Quality Management: Ensure that the design is carried out as per industry standard practices and in conformance with the quality management system.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with the project team and client.
  • Proposal and Pre-Qualification: Assist in the preparation of project proposals and pre-qualification documents in what relates to process engineering design.
  • Issue Identification: Identify issues that impede project progress and report to Project Managers and Process Discipline Manager.
  • Professional Development: Assimilate the evolution of new products and technology, and update oneself on the latest international standards in terms of engineering design practices and their applications.
  • Methodology Development: Identify new methodology of work process required for higher productivity.
  • Team Management: As Lead Discipline Engineer, when assigned on projects, responsible for managing the team of engineers, designers, and delivering the engineering requirements of the project.
