Job Summary

Duncan & Ross Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Sr. BIM Coordinator to lead our BIM coordination efforts for multiple large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Oversee the development, review, and quality control of BIM models to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project specifications.
  • Clash Detection and Resolution: Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts in collaboration with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
  • Coordination Meetings: Organize and lead coordination meetings with project teams to facilitate model reviews, updates, and progress tracking.
  • BIM Standards and Best Practices: Develop and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and best practices across all project phases.
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in BIM coordination, with proven expertise in managing complex, multidisciplinary projects.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in BIM software, including Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for liaising with cross-functional teams and presenting technical information to clients.
