Lead Quality Control Engineer

This position involves a comprehensive role in supporting the establishment, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the organization's quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, as well as other pertinent requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the development and ongoing improvement of the company's quality management systems.
  2. Ensure that the implemented management systems are effective and beneficial for the organization.
  3. Conduct annual Process (Quality/FMEA) Risk Assessments of company operations as necessary.
  4. Perform annual Environmental Aspect and Significance Impact Assessments.
  5. Execute annual Occupational Health and Safety Hazard Risk Assessments.
  6. Develop, revise, and uphold Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Operational Control Procedures.
  7. Conduct Internal Audits of the management systems annually or as directed by the Quality Assurance Manager.
  8. Coordinate with various departments including production, purchasing, and human resources to ensure compliance with quality and safety objectives.
  9. Support the maintenance department in preparing documentation for annual ISO audits.
  10. Provide training to employees regarding the management systems and ISO requirements as needed.

This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of quality and safety within the organization, ensuring compliance with international standards and continuous improvement.
