Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions to support strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights, and present findings to business stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision-making
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, research/analytics agency or management consultancy
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (business, math, economics, finance, statistics, science, engineering)
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, involving datasets and multiple data sources
  • Strong analytical skills, with a track record of being a strong problem solver
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful analysis and insights
  • Strong market knowledge and solid research capabilities, including scanning and capturing market information
  • Passion for insights generation through analytics, with a bias to action
