  • Financial Statement Preparation: Publish financial statements, including balance sheets and profit/loss statements, to stakeholders.
  • Closing and Reconciliation: Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy.
  • Tax Compliance: Compute taxes and prepare tax returns to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Financial Reporting: Report on the company's financial health and liquidity to stakeholders.
  • Audit and Compliance: Audit financial transactions and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies and regulations.
Requirements
  • Work Experience: 3 years of experience as an Accountant.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Software Skills: Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks, SAP.
  • Excel Skills: Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • General Ledger Experience: Experience with general ledger functions.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
  • Education: BSc in Accounting, Finance, or relevant degree.
  • Driving License: Preferred.
