Job Purpose
The Logistics Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. This role requires a high level of customer satisfaction and the ability to manage a team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning
Develop and implement cross-channel fulfillment strategies to ensure optimal last-mile delivery services.
Logistics ManagementManage the logistics marketplace operation for multiple stores/brands online, ensuring cost-efficient and timely delivery of goods to customers.
Supply Chain OptimizationAnalyze 3PL performance data and produce regular management reports to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving strategies.
Team ManagementLead and motivate a team of professionals, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance performance and productivity.
Compliance and Risk ManagementEnsure adherence to ISO, HSSE, and Fleet compliance requirements, identifying and mitigating risks to the business.
Financial ManagementManage budgets and financial reconciliation reports for all online brands across GCC and international orders.
Requirements
Graduate degree in supply chain or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics/supply chain management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage budgets and financial reports.
