We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing work schedules for the electrical staff, providing motivation and assistance when necessary, inspecting and assessing the work done by the electrical staff, reading and interpreting design schematics to ensure the proper installation of electrical systems, troubleshooting major system failures and equipment malfunctions, repairing and maintaining electrical equipment, overseeing the purchasing and maintenance of the electrical equipment onsite, ensuring the work is completed on schedule and to code, and maintaining a safe and clean work area.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Management: Design and implement efficient work schedules for the electrical staff to ensure optimal productivity and resource allocation.
  • Team Support: Provide guidance, motivation, and assistance to electrical staff members as needed to enhance their performance and job satisfaction.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and assess the work done by electrical staff to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
  • Design Review: Review and interpret design schematics to guarantee the proper installation of electrical systems, adhering to relevant codes and regulations.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve major system failures and equipment malfunctions in a timely and efficient manner.
