Key Responsibilities- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including digging and raking soil, weeding and mulching, fertilizing, trimming hedges, and mowing lawns.
- Plant Care: Plant trees, shrubs, and other plants, and ensure their health and well-being through regular watering, pruning, and pest control.
- Irrigation Systems: Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems to ensure efficient water distribution and minimize waste.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of landscaping materials, including mulch, fertilizer, and pesticides, and order supplies as needed.
- Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by following health and safety protocols, reporting hazards, and using personal protective equipment as required.
- Qualifications: A minimum of C&G level 3 or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an MEP environment.
- Knowledge: Working knowledge of DM and EIAC requirements, as well as relevant engineering-related statutory requirements.
