  • Monitor production orders and take necessary actions to ensure timely completion and delivery.

  • Adhere to and maintain all standard operating procedures and processes.
  • Collaborate with the management team to meet business objectives related to safety, delivery, quality, and cost management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in manufacturing leadership, particularly in talent and performance management.
  • Familiarity with CNC manufacturing processes, as well as shipping, receiving, and purchasing operations.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
  • Experience with OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
  • Knowledge of quality control standards.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
  • Experience with 5S implementation.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems is preferred.

Basic Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of supervisory or management experience is preferred.
  • Six Sigma certification is a plus.
