Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead and mentor engineering teams to maximize productivity and morale. They will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering engineering projects on time and within budget. The role requires efficiently managing resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, and ensuring that engineering projects meet quality standards and specifications.

  • Effectively communicating with stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and other departments
  • Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them
  • Overseeing the financial aspects of engineering projects, including budget preparation and cost control

Responsibilities:

\

The role includes managing key stakeholders in the execution and delivery of contracted activities, contributing to delivery of engineering excellence through driving technical assurance, and managing and leading discipline engineering teams. Additionally, the successful candidate will undertake the role of process owner, drive safety by design, and promote corporate/client-specific procedures.

Qualifications:

\

The ideal candidate should have an engineering degree in any discipline, minimum 20 years of experience mainly in the onshore oil and gas industry, and at least 5 years of recent experience as an Engineering Manager on major Gas processing EPC/EPCM projects. A balance of technical and management experience at relevant levels and positions is required. The candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing people at all levels of the organization.
