About the Role

Fujairah National Group is seeking a skilled MEP Estimator and Quantity Surveyor Expert to join our commercial operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on MEP services, including estimation, evaluation, and negotiation.

You will work closely with our project managers and main contractors to ensure that all contractual obligations are met, and that our projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Main Responsibilities
  • Providing expert advice on MEP services, including estimation, evaluation, and negotiation
  • Preparing technical and commercial bids, and following up until finalization
  • Conducting negotiations, identification of cost or pricing data submitted during negotiations, and relied upon in reaching a settlement
  • Maintenance and control of records related to all commercial activities as required by contract conditions
Requirements
  • Qualified Electrical or Mechanical Engineer having knowledge and experience in working of MEP Services
  • At least 5 years of experience with proven track record on completing projects
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Sound knowledge of construction
  • Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills
