Job Description:

The successful candidate will have experience in HR data management & people analytics, with a strong numerical and data management skillset (Excel proficiency required, Power BI is a plus). They will also possess excellent project management & organizational skills to handle multiple priorities.

You will work closely with IT to integrate Tawteen Portal submissions into the Oracle ERP system and collaborate with Finance to oversee BRF data creation, optimization, and submission. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking, managing, and reporting Emiratization points to support recruitment and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry & Management: Maintain and update employee data (~3,000 employees) in the Tawteen Portal.
  • Data Validation: Ensure consistency, completeness, and precision in all regulatory submissions.
  • Data Automation: Collaborate with IT to integrate Tawteen Portal submissions into the Oracle ERP system.
  • Emiratization Points Calculation: Track, manage, and report Emiratization points to support recruitment and operational goals.
  • Banking Response Forms (BRFs) Management: Oversee BRF data creation, optimization, and submission in coordination with Finance.
  • Data Formatting: Convert HR data into structured formats as per regulatory guidelines.
  • Analysis & Quality Assurance: Identify discrepancies and trends through regular audits before submission.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the single point of contact between CBUAE & RAKBANK for Tawteen Portal data.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all submissions meet central bank regulations and deadlines.
